How Dragon Tasks works

Dragon Tasks uses the familiar board-list-card model: create a board for a project, split the work into lists, then move cards as tasks progress.

1. Make a board

Use one board for a project, household plan, launch, content calendar, study plan, or team workflow.

2. Arrange lists

Lists represent stages such as Ideas, Next, Doing, Waiting, Review, and Done.

3. Finish cards

Cards hold the work: title, description, checklist, priority, labels, due date, and notes.

Planned power features

Premium planning may include timeline and calendar views, recurring cards, team permissions, saved templates, automation rules, AI summaries, and cloud sync. These remain planned until shipped.
